Matthew started playing music professionally at the age of 15. Since then, Matthew has played with numerous touring bands and traveled extensively.

During his music career, Matthew has had the pleasure of playing with members of Santana, Molly Hatchet and The Bret Michaels Band and worked with  Rick Derringer and Jim Steinman (Bonnie Tyler record) - just to name a few.
